Refund Policy

1. Product covered

Lifetime Member Access is a digital service sold for the single price and currency displayed on the membership page and again before checkout. It has no recurring charge, automatic renewal, physical delivery, or partial billing period.

2. When you may request a refund

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after payment. We also accept full refund requests for a duplicate or unauthorized charge, or when paid access was not delivered. We do not issue partial refunds.

3. How refunds work

Sign in to your ORNA account and use the refund action beside the paid purchase, or contact support@orna.land. Include your ORNA purchase reference, but never send card or wallet credentials.

For eligible production purchases, ORNA durably records the request before submitting one full-refund instruction to Bereke Bank. A timeout or uncertain response is not retried automatically, which prevents duplicate financial mutations.

Test payment mode purchases use a support-assisted refund path instead of the automated Bereke refund action. Contact support@orna.land with your ORNA purchase reference.

For production purchases, the refund is complete only after ORNA independently verifies Bereke's full-refund terminal status. Test payment mode refunds follow the signed provider callback and support-assisted path described above. Access granted by the refunded purchase then ends unless another valid entitlement applies. When enabled for the merchant, the original itemized order is supplied to Bereke's fiscalization flow. Return-receipt issuance and delivery depend on Bereke/OFD processing for the completed refund. Your bank may need additional time to display returned funds.
